Welcome to BizDevra. These terms govern your access to and use of services offered by BizDevra at bizdevra.com. By enrolling in any offering, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of BizDevra services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future amendments posted on our site.

2. Services

BizDevra provides:

Business development coaching sessions
Digital information products, including guides and templates
Physical goods such as workbooks and printed materials

3. Enrollment and Delivery

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is processed. Access details for digital products are sent via email. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

4. Payment

All fees are due at the time of enrollment. We use a secure system to process payments. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your enrollment.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice through our contact form. Sessions rescheduled later than this period will be forfeited.

6. Reimbursement Policy

Coaching Services

One-on-one and group coaching sessions rely on dedicated time slots reserved for you. Consequently, session fees are not eligible for reimbursement once a booking is confirmed. However, you may adjust the schedule as described above.

Digital Information Products

You may request reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided digital materials have not been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a request, please use our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days.

Physical Goods

If items arrive damaged or defective, you may ship them back to BizDevra at the address below within 30 days of receipt. We will process reimbursement for approved claims within 10 business days of receiving the items. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless damage occurred in transit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including digital materials, is the property of BizDevra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BizDevra is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time by posting revisions on our site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
